Not good..maybe if it was 4080 super, consider 4090 were in sale from dell for 2k after cashback.

The 4070 have been on sale, and with new chips now released, this should be cheaper

Too many unnecessary features for gaming.
Cheaper CPU, 32gb ram, 1TB SSD
$1400 for it would be sweet deal
A more favorable deal IMHO: https://slickdeals.net/f/17896680-lenovo-legion-tower-5i-i7-14700f-rtx-4070-ti-super-32gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-1549

I like that 1550$ deal too, but I'd buy this one for 100$ more, where you get much better cpu, ram, and Ssd, better power supply too. I do let's muti tasking besides gaming, so 14900 is better option for me than 7800x3d. This is not a killer deal, but not a bad one imo.

I was told by BB agent; that this will be 1499 on black Friday for members. Not sure if it's a trick to buy it right away. I bought it with a plan to price match with 10% cashback on BB's new card along with other additional cashback service.

All MyBestBuy members, or exclusively the paid tiers?

Figured as much. Thanks.

I went for the Alienware 4080 Super deal instead. With 10% coupon + 10% cb + 6% Dell Rewards it came down to $1600 all in.

Intel though, microcode might not be fixed. Too much for what ifs. If it was a 9900x I will take it.

Starting with 4070Ti Super you get 16gigs of memory, like the 4080 Super. The performance gap between the two isn't that big. Now, the performance gap between these two cards and the 4090 is significant but so is the price.

$1499!!? Now, that's a deal. I am currently typing on this machine, which I bought at the end of October for $2179.99 ($100 off). I was getting ready to return it because I bought a different desktop. But now I have to think again with the $430 price adjustment and potentially another $250 next Friday. $680 / 2180 = additional 31% discount. lol. Normally the return window is 15 days, but I signed up for the $50 a year Plus membership right before I bought this machine in anticipation of this happening.
On Black Friday, will Plus members just see the deal when we log-in? How would you go about getting the additional 250 off? Online chat with customer service?
If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend updating the firmware for the SSD and the BIOS for the motherboard. I used HWiNFO to get the exact model number. You might have gotten different parts, but my SSD is WD Blue SN580 2TB which has a known BSOD issue with a recent Windows 11 version that the firmware addresses. My motherboard is an ASUS PRIME Z790-V WIFI. I got the latest BIOS from the motherboard's support site which had the latest microcode that addresses the known CPU issues. The update will reset the BIOS settings. I had to disable a fan notification and set XMP to "Tweaked" so the RAM would run at 6000 MT/s.
I'm not sure how tech savvy you are, but if you're up for it, under-volting did a lot to bring down temperatures and increase performance. I followed a guide on YouTube entitled, "i9 14900k Intel Final Microcode 1802 - 0x12B BIOS Installation, Tuning and Undervolt Guide" by Next Level Sim Gaming.
