That is so fake food. Only flours in there, but I guess it's for vegan. I thought it was dehydrated egg or something like that.

Anyone tried this? Main ingredient is potato starch so maybe just glorified instant potatoes.
I bought something similar from Harris Teeter last week but haven't tried it yet. Its ingredients are chia seeds and garbanzo seeds. But then I saw that the reviews weren't too good. Haven't had much luck with other simple substitutes like aquafaba, applesauce, etc.
