I've had good luck with many of the refurbished eufy items on bought on ebay. I did have one problem with a security camera, eufy took care of and sent a replacement quickly. Their customer service is fairly easy to work with (show them a video of the issue) and they shipped a replacement. Their customer service is a bit slow, but still overall a positive experience.
I wanted a rotating mop with edge cleaning, and was looking for a deal under $500. Unfortunately Roborock Revo Pro was $600, so I got this one instead. Comes with a 2 year warranty (via Allstate).

Basically if it goes wrong, expect them to weasel out, even if you try and escalate to the manufacturer.
(spent 1k on the Roborock MaxV Ultra and a year later the mopping function died to error 40, Allstate handles all refurb warranties through eBay)
B) The problem isn't with either, it's with Allstate/SquareTrade/eBay. The manufacturer is handing off all warranty issues to a third party and that third party is excluding all water damage, in spite of the fact that this is a water-oriented product.
