Good info but "you get what you pay for" is a very dated belief. You can buy expensive Samsonite at TJ Maxx and still get a crud item that breaks. Name brands are just marketing. Aim for materials, not brands or price.

Copped a charcoal. Was thinking about white but i feel like it would get dirty too fast. I used cb website for a extra 15.5 off. Only thing i worry about is their carry on might be too big for some airlines

Thx for the post... had the zipper pulls destroyed by TSA on my TravelPro Crew 5 checked bag and looking for a hardshell replacement. These seem like a decent deal, but holding out for polycarbonate (and YKK zippers!).

Double check measurements, y'all. I could only find an off brand that fit international carry on sizes. $106 rn for a 5 piece set and fully polypropylene. Melalania on Walmart

Shipping was $10 for me. I don't mind paying that for a 3 piece set of luggage, but free shipping appeared to only be on $250+.

Looks like at least 2 of the options are polycarbonate. The zippers Samsonite uses may not be YKK but they will be similar quality with their 10 year warranty to back it up.

What's the difference between a more expensive hardshell sucu as this and and below that was posted earlier for $85. It is advertised as 100% PC and indicated to be "Germany Bayer" materials.

Anyone with experience or opinion?
