brand new at Costco for $500. So the MSRP at ebay is not real. Also Check other deals on roborock before you consider refurbished

Great deal, we paid over $600 for ours last year. It may not be as advanced as the others, but does a very nice job of basic cleaning. We pretty much have it running a few times every week.

Customer support, in our experience has been great as well, use the live chat and someone is there to help.

Pretty good. WIth kids, we normally wipe the floor 3 times a week, Now, we set to run every night, clean the floor pretty well if set it to run twice in a cross pattern. Before the it run, we normally pickup small item like toys because small item will jam the vacuum roller. Water needs to change once a week. which is not a big deal at all. 10 times better than those handheld vacuum and mop.
