I got the exact same deal last year and at a similar price point. At $200, it's a no brainer to get this.
My unit is hardwired and has been working flawlessly for the last 12 months.
When looking at the reviews, the main negative was that the charging cord gets hard in cold weather and may not be very pliable. So if you're in an area where temperatures go below freezing, you may want to think twice.

Note, this one will need to be hard wired, i.e. you can't use a NEMA14-50 (i.e. the electric dryer outlet) if you have one already, and installed by a professional to stay up to code. But I am sure lots of DIY folks don't have to worry about it.

I have this one, but with the optional separate hangar. I have it hardwired, and It works great with my 2025 Hummer EV. If you're thinking of buying one, this is the one to get. For this price, I'm considering buying a 2nd one. No need to think about this one, just buy it.

Yes, but you cannot put back to the holder without remove your adapter.
Kind of weird that nobody has caught this yet but there's a typo in the description. 50A at 240V is not 2kW, it's 12kW (2kW would be a very sad L2 charger).

Pick a J1772 to NACS (aka Tesla) and you basically cover almost every EV ever sold in the states:
