Scent is always personal and I really like this one. I also get a lot of compliments when I wear it. When it was first released a few years ago, it would regularly sell out at high-end stores like Saks in the USA or Selfridges in the UK. It's no longer hard to find, but defintiely still a premium cologne in my opinion and this is a very good price.

La Yaq is a dup of Tuscan Leather (which is another great scent, but very different and already "duped" under a large amount of other names).
Probably the closest decent one I've smelled to Ombre Leather was Cremo's "Vintage Suede". Lattafa's "Velvet Oud" is a great spinoff of it, which comes off as a bit of a mix of Ombre Leather & Tuscan Leather.
There's also "Amber and Leather" by Maison Alhambra, but I haven't tried that one -- I've found those to be hit or miss
La Yaquwam is surprisingly cheap. About to live life on the edge and pick up an ebay bottle.
However, please note that Amazon is well known for selling fakes of things ranging from perfumes to electronics. It may be their distributors, it may be they're mixing inventory, but just be sure you know how to check if you do buy it.

Parfums de Marly's "Godolphin" is probably my favorite of the Tuscan Leather style, but it's my much pricier.
Black Saffron by byredo is also nice and an interesting twist on the scent, but also pricier (you can find a knockoff called Saffran Noir at TJ Maxx/Marshalls for about $10 and is worth it if you like the style of Tuscan Leather but with a little bit of difference to it!)
Actual Tuscan Leather has been sort of weakened over the years, making it harder to justify the price for that one over the dupes, but the Tom Ford outlet stores have the 8.5 oz decanters of Tuscan Leather for 75% off right now (bringing the cost to around $225) which is a great deal for such a large size!
