FYI : This comes with Fire TV . You will definitely need external streamer as it very slow.

I mean, $400 for a 75 inch TV is pretty cheap, 60hz isn't really a deal breaker given that it's obviously a budget/lower end TV. I believe the qm751g is still like $1000 for the 75", which is the next step up from this.

I got my hands on one for the $399 price. Amazing deal for the picture quality, however one glaring downside if you're like me and like to use an external Hard-drive to watch movies through the USB port. Fire Os still uses ONLY FAT32 file system. So you can't play any file size larger than 4GB through the usb. This is a major setback to me, as I have a huge library of 4K rips 20gig+ and can't play them. There are solutions however if you want to use Plex or Jellyfin but a pain that's really the only way to play your own media on this TV. Could have been an epic deal …

Got refused the adjustment because they don't have any in stock where I purchased it. They didn't care that in my area I have 3 Costcos within 25 miles that each have them in stock. They wouldn't even let me do a return and rebuy.

I thought about going to another location and buying the TV for 399 and return the other one to the store but it's not really worth all the time I would have to spend.

I guess Costco isn't as great at customer service as they claim. The guy I spoke to was rude. Like I was trying to rip them off

I was thinking about calling corporate to ask them if it was really worth it to lose a customer over $100 , but I'll just chalk it up as a good lesson learned.

It's still a good tv.

I guess I won't be buying that Refrigerator from Costco that I had planned.

This looks like a better TV comparing the specs than the Walmart deal https://slickdeals.net/f/17871351-75-tcl-75s41br-4k-uhd-hdr-led-smart-roku-tv-378-free-shipping?src=frontpage&attrsrc=Frontpage%3AType%3AMissed but it only has half the thumbs up?

You could try asking a store that has stock to do the adjustment.

Thanks but I'm not going waste anymore time. I originally tried calling the store I bought it from for half an hour and nobody answered. I then drove to the store and spoke to them in person. I worked in a store when I was younger and I know that they could've given me the adjustment if they wanted to. $100 isn't going to bankrupt Costco.

I was just surprised at how little they cared. Customer service is really gone downhill. Unfortunately They just don't care.

Not a problem. I have a Sam's that's even closer to me.

I still like the TV.

That TV doesn't have full array local dimming.

Why are you lamenting this deal over something that can be fixed by a $20 Onn box?

If someone has this TV, can the feet be inverted? And if so how wide are the feet when inverted?

I have the feet inverted on mine until I wall mount it. Seems sturdy enough. Don't have the measurements at this time.

That's a good way to look at it, you still got a tv you like at a good price. You could buy one at a store at $399, then drive directly over to a different costco and do a return of the new tv with the old $499 receipt, but that's more of your time and aggravation.

It's not worth the trouble. I was mad because the guy was rude about the whole thing. I might still call Corporate to complain about the whole buying experience I had at Costco.

Before I bought the TV I asked one of the associates if he could get someone to help me load it into my car. He said just tell them at the register and they would get someone. I told the girl at the register and she told me to just tell the person who checks your items at the door.

I told the person at the door and he told me to just go find the guy who collects the carts in the parking lot. About at this time I was getting upset and told the guy I didn't know that I was working for Costco. I mean how is it my job to find this guy in the parking lot. I had to leave the TV at the door.

I found the guy right out in front. He was the only person there that knew how to treat customers.

He did a great job helping me to get it to fit in my RAV4. It was a really tight fit.

Anyway strange how the person who helped the most was the guy who probably made the least amount of money.

I do like the TV or I would've just returned it and bought somewhere else

So I can't really say I'm happy with Costco.

Ok this rant is over.

I think this means mounting the feet pointed inward so that it can sit on a narrower table/stand.
