I trust PowerA better but have no reference for the HyperX dock.

Straight from Nintendo is always the best bet.

I have two of these that I keep my joycons on. Unfortunately, both of them seem to have an issue where they charge to full, but then the joycons don't stay charged when connected for extended periods of time. The lights stay green, which makes you think that the joycons are charged, but in reality they aren't.

I have the Nintendo one, and would prefer it, but you probably can't go wrong with either. Going off the pictures of the hyper, the Nintendo one looks more compact.

they are going to start giving this model away for next to nothing. the new model that recently came out can fit the NES controller and also function as a semi full size controller with joy-cons attached. waiting for a deal to pick a new one up.

Thanks for sharing. That looks way better imo even at the $30 price tag.

they're both essentially the same. no need to worry about either of them.

That looks very much like the existing charging grip but with the grip part replaced by a stand.

The new model only charges two joy cons while the current model charges four joy cons. When you do Overcooked competitions and Mario Kart competitions in your house, you look for the best way to charge as many joy cons as possible.
