Thanks. Added to OP. I've ordered through Elegoo through their eBay store and Amazon and haven't had any issues. But you're right... I still should have mentioned it in the OP. I added it now.

p.s. I think I'm going filament crazy lol. I just got my 1st 3d printer within the past month and I already have 50+ spools with more inbound. Someone needs to stop me

I wish I had your problem. I have almost 300 rolls of filament and don't have a printing business. I have several printers and really not sure why?, other than I love to
3D print. Gonna probably seek a filament anonymous group soon.

I bought the P1S Combo that comes with the AMS and already bought two more AMS units for 3 total. Of course being that this is my first 3d printer, I don't have what to compare it to, but it has been awesome for me. Very intuitive and great for a beginner like me.

Attached photo is my setup which I'm still cleaning up

Not a bad deal. Slick price for PLA should be $9-10. Only downside to this deal is the need to buy 4 to get that price. But if you need or can use 4 (and who can't), not a bad price. Personally, I think the PETG might be a slightly better deal. I just tend to give less credit to 4+ spool deals when there is no choice of colors.

I'll also add that Elegoo really stands behind their products. I left a low star review on Amazon because 1 of 4 spools I bought needed to be dried. They contacted me (from the review) and offered a full refund. I did decline as I got a good price and the issue was not that big of a deal and, as a side note, I also increased by rating as _they_ reached out to make it right.

I agree with you on deal/price point. This is for their PLA+ vs their standard PLA. I've only used their standard PLA (ordered the PLA+ now) which I like. I read on some Reddit posts of people who say the PLA+ is better... it only carries a $1 premium on their site, so who knows. I guess I'll find out.

Both work just fine. "+" is really just marketing.

Kingroon pla mixed color bundle is only 90 bucks for 10 spools Smilie if you're just starting it's a good way to get a bunch of colors.

You'll want to invest in an air tight storage bin, a filament dryer (or a food dehydrator which works better on high temp engineering filaments), and some vacuum storage bags/desiccant. Spools exposed to air will absorb moisture and that will destroy your print quality. Different filament types/brands will degrade faster than others. Nylon is the worst, but PLA/PETG is also susceptible.

Thanks. I'll take any tips I can get. I've been constantly researching and learning as I go along.

I just got this Sunlu dryer [amazon.com] delivered yesterday. I got a bunch of vacuum sealed bags that I throw in desiccant before sealing. For my AMS (all three of them lol) I printed pods that I fill with desiccant beads.

This is addictive and I'm all in LMAO

5% S&S discount on the 4-roll white. You still get it quick and all you have to do is kill the subscription after placing the order.
