The Amazon description says this:

Includes Limited Time Digital Movie Offer. MUST ENTER REDEMPTION CODE BY 12/31/2018 TO REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER.

From reading other user's comments, it appears it no longer comes with the codes at all. Warner Bros is so awful with regards to their digital copies, I personally will no longer buy their discs.

No digital code ever came with this brother. I bought it for my mom. I also have downloaded the 8gb 4k rips from pirate Bay. I don't see much difference tbh from the disc's

I can say with 100% certainty the one I got my mom has no digital code. It looks just like the picture above that has no digital code listed on the front upper part of the box.

It appears from the slip cover images on blu-ray.com that they used to have Digital printed on the packaging. Perhaps Amazon updated the images but not the description? Regardless, WB sucks.

I purchased this a couple months ago and the codes are expired. Also for some odd reason only the Blu-rays have the extended versions. The 4k are normal theater versions.

Considering you can pick up the 1080p blu ray for about $20 for black friday, I would avoid the 4k. The first 4 movies have medicre masters . The first 2 are aweful. I love the movies and re-watch every holiday season, but don't waste your money on 4k

At one point it did. The copy I got from Best Buy came with digital codes that you had to redeem before 12/31/2018.

If you have even a mid-range home theater system it's worth it for the sound alone. They make good use of surround including Atmos ceiling speakers. I have a pretty modest system and the world quidditch championships scene is one of my favorite to demo.

Which one is worth it for the sound? 1080p or 4k?

A digital code *did* originally come with this.

Warner Bros is the only studio that is aggressive about expiring their codes, and WB has explained that they view the digital code as a temporary promotion/offer. They eventually stop including the codes when they make more sets, even on sets that were made before the codes expired.
Right now there are lots of WB titles that still have an eligible code but no longer come with the code, because it was only the first XX,XXX copies that included it.
