Includes Limited Time Digital Movie Offer. MUST ENTER REDEMPTION CODE BY 12/31/2018 TO REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER.
From reading other user's comments, it appears it no longer comes with the codes at all. Warner Bros is so awful with regards to their digital copies, I personally will no longer buy their discs.

Warner Bros is the only studio that is aggressive about expiring their codes, and WB has explained that they view the digital code as a temporary promotion/offer. They eventually stop including the codes when they make more sets, even on sets that were made before the codes expired.
Right now there are lots of WB titles that still have an eligible code but no longer come with the code, because it was only the first XX,XXX copies that included it.
