Inform the support person about your request and share the screenshot.
You may get the following response:
"Please be advised that a price match can be processed once your order has shipped or delivered from the Google Store. Even if the price at authorized retailers of Google store changes after your order has been shipped, we will honor the price match, provided that the lower price was active at the time you placed your order."
There would be a follow-up email to help with price match.

The selected retail partner must be located in the same country where you placed your Google Store order and the matching price in the same currency.
The advertised price must be for the same model. Item color and memory must also be the same, if applicable.
The advertised price must still be in effect when you request the adjustment. You must also have completed a valid purchase for the item on Google Store or at a Google retail location.
If the item is out of stock on Google Store or at the selected retail partner, we can't provide the price match.
You must provide a live, publicly accessible link to the promo or web page that verifies the price. PDFs, screenshots, pictures, or individual price quotes aren't accepted.
If a lower price is due to a promotion, you must meet all the eligibility requirements of that promotion's terms and conditions. You can find Google Store promotion terms and conditions at the bottom of the Google Store page.

I hesitate to use it in a price match scenario because the ID.me discount is limited to once a year and I am saving it for a P10 launch deal.
