Are these as sh*tty as the ZipLok bags?
The only ones I've found in my locale that actually ZIP shut are at Target and Walgreens.

I think these are fine for 1-2 time use like for actual sandwiches or snacks to go, or short term food storage in the fridge (bag of baby carrots busted open, etc)... but yeah I'd want something more substantial (possibly with real zipper) for the suggested uses of crayons, crafts, etc.
This is cheaper per bag than the big 4-pack box of ziploc @ Sam's, and less to store long term, fwiw. I still have one more of those Sam's boxes in the pantry or I'd probably grab 1-2 of these.
FWIW.

And I guess when I know I'm probably throwing it out after one use, I feel a bit less guilty when they ARE really thin and shitty.

I'll save the nice bags for semi-permanent toy/craft/etc use.

Thanks, I'll pass on these.
