These are trash. Basically Walmart quality. I ordered several pair to pick the one I liked most, and sent them all back. The Ranchers were easily the worst ones.

In for a pair of rancher without the steel toe. They are a bit lighter.
Waterproof is a nice touch, good solid workout but definitely needs better insoles.

At this price for the Rancher boot steel toe and going to give it a go. Every work boot I buy I buy aftermarket insoles as what come are usually not great.

Anyone know how these do in the cold elements? Wore a pair of Dan Post boots in freezing conditions for a football game and my toes were frozen by the time we left. Want something better insulated.

Soft shells arnt bad for 60 bucks they are a-ok enough although I'll never wear steel toe boats again, got me some steel toe sneakers and it was a life changer comfortable as all hell and like half the weight and I know that wouldn't work for everybody but anytime I need my steel toes I'm in a dry barn working with cattle or horses and if I need boots I'm out in the field where I dont need steel toes.
