I bought a SDSQUN4-512G from Walmart on pre prime deals in the first week of October.. It went bad at fte first use. I followed the RMA instructions the next day. It required a picture of the back of the card and I had to enter the serial # , and copy of the reciept to start the process. The serial # was genuine because it said "checking" for about a week. I had to chat, and only then was I given the actual RMA # and a shipping lable. They recieved the thing October 25th.. I waited 6 days and was wondering why I was being gohsted, I was told just give it a few more days. I chated again each week. This monday I was told it would be shipped from "prime inventory". I assumed it was the Amazon store. I am still waiting. No ship notice, no update on my dashboard. I am 6 weeks in to this. They have had it for 4 weeks!

Long story Short, They have NO warrenty service, and for this reason, I would recomend Some other manufacturer since you know you wont get any help anyway.

This - they have a decent online store and shipping experience. Their shipping is not as fast as Amazon prime but you don't have to worry about the counterfeits. Their warranty support is not easy but they do stand behind the products and provide good support. Their max endurance cards comes with 5 yr warranty and one my card started glitching at around 4.8yrs, they replaced with new card under warranty with not much hassle.

SanDisk website shows only a 3-year warranty on the Max Endurance SD cards and a 2-year warranty on their Endurance SD cards

Viofo says they only recommend the "Max Endurance" cards from SanDisk. Has anyone tried using these "High Endurance" cards in a Viofo dashcam?
