Not exactly sure. But neither of the Zen 5 based Mini PCs, like this one, Bee-Link SER9 or GMKTec EO-X1, coming with OCulink. It should not be a chipset limitation as Strix Point APUs have enough PCIe lanes for providing OCulink bandwidth. It may be due to very high prices AMD is asking for these and because of that, Companies are not offering much variations.

Got it, I'm running a GPD win 4 8840u on my workstation desk hooked into an eGpu via Oculink and the results are great but I'm sick of hearing the fan on the handheld. Would like to move to something with a better cooling solution.

In that case, look for older models like UM890 Pro with Ryzen 7 8845HS which can be bought at less than half the price. You'll definitely loose some CPU and GPU Performance compared to this AI 370 HX but since you're anyway using external GPU, it won't matter that much for gaming.
