Since they made it to order just days before, when I opened mine it took full shape basically right away.

It wasn't like those foam mattresses shipped from China that have been sitting in a box for who knows how long. Those ones you have to open and then let sit out for the next 2 days to off-gas and pray that they fully and evenly "inflate" to their claimed size.

I've never ordered from Wayfair because each time I get to the checkout screen it never gives options for delivery type. I live on the 2nd floor (stairs only) and wouldn't be able to get it to my apartment if they just leave it by the first floor door. Any input on this?

I've had one of the Zinus green tea mattresses for years now and I have to say that it was a fantastic bargain. It is a firm mattress which is exactly what I have found that I need. I thought I was upgrading our mattress and moved the Zinus to our daughter's room. Unfortunately, the new mattress we got for our bed is far too soft and causes me a lot of back pain. I would also be very interested in hearing about the firmness of this mattress.

Even in Zinus, I see 2 mattress - one is pressure relief and one is cooling gel foam.. only the top layer is different for these. Both have good reviews. I ordered 12" cooling gel one which is on sale for $229.

here is that old Brooklyn Bedding Standard 12" Medium Hybrid Mattress with Cooling cover, Twin that I bought and it seems good so far for my sore back. I've only heard horrible things about the Zinus mattresses.
Seally ? I've had several Seallys and never had an issue.
My kid hated the Zinus bed we got him-- trying to save a few bucks.
Also, I used my cellphone to get to the to Wayfair website and got the 10% off offer when the website first opens.
Ended up being $360 for this with shipping and tax included!

They did ship me something broken. It was a nice coffee table that had damage to the structure on the underside of the table top. Definitely messed up, cracked wood, but not noticeable from the top at all. When I called, I said I'd be willing to keep it rather than do a full return if they refunded a portion, and they did. I could have pushed for the return and they would have done that. Did they know it was broken from the beginning? I don't know.
