No, this is their older battery tech - li ion

The newer LifePO4 version is available for $240 from HD as posted earlier in this thread and is the same
price at Target: https://www.target.com/p/jackery-...nk=sametab [target.com]
While it is the older battery tech, this will still work just fine for those that use it for emergencies or camping. Everyone should have something as backup JUST in case. I have this version and it has served me well when needed. Price is not bad at all. BUT, Harbor Fright also has their own new line of power stations that do look promising.

I'm getting a $90 clickable coupon that brings it to ~$183 (after taxes) for me. I was just gifted an old generator that has never been used but has sat for years. I need to get some oil in it and crank it up to make sure it works but after being without power for almost two weeks earlier this year from hurricanes, I'm tempted to just pick one of these up as well.
You'll want a bigger one, that's why I got one on the BF deals, for constant hurricane power outages and primitive car camping . Got the ecoflow Delta 2 for $350, it's 3x this Jackerys battery etc

Excellent deal! I always trust Project Farm, and this was his top rated battery - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qtFOSmIXvwg

Think I paid 450 for mine so you got a great deal, I like the Delta 2 but having random power off of the 12v outlet even though it's set to never expire.

I just need something for occasional power outages. I would mostly be charging a few cellphones and a laptop or tablet. Would this work or would the lifePO4 version from Home Depot work better? Also, should I invest in a solar panel? I am very new to theses power stations.

That's kind of like asking what color of T-shirt is warmer. The type of lithium chemistry doesn't mean one works better or not for charging a phone. You don't need a solar panel but you can get one if you wanted to. Do you go camping where there's no electricity? Do you have frequent power outages with out the ability to recharge it?

You can find similar size with LifeP04 for about the same price. It can also charge using the power cord if you don't want to deal with solar. This mini size of power station also ok to keep your router+modem going for about 4-6 hrs.

Thank you. We do RV camp a few times a year. We only have an occasional power outage but not for longer than 24 or 48 hours.

I got the jackery 1000v2 during black friday for $350. 3x the capacity with LFP batteries for 2x the price. Its really nice. I believe in getting the highest capacity, reasonable weight/size. Its small enough to carry easily in the car, long lasting, powers refrigerators and microwaves, and also functions as a UPS. I got one, tested it as a UPS and liked it and now I want another. It replaced two Cyberpower 1500 UPS that was on my main computer system Highly recommended. Only downside is that it has only 3 AC sockets.
