This is a rather good deal if you're willing to tolerate a very low tier motherboard with a high failure rate and have a use for a low tier 1tb ssd. The GIGABYTE B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI m-atx motherboard sits near the bottom of budget tier when it comes to am5 motherboards, only behind the ultra budget tier (a620, b840) boards. It has a 5+2+2 vrm that'll thermal throttle under sustained multicore loads with higher end cpus. It can probably handle the 7600x for general use and gaming, but you won't be able to upgrade to a more than 8 core cpu in the future. Additionally, it's rated 3.1 eggs (stars) on newegg, with 31% 1 egg (star) reviews and many reports of doa/failure. The included ram is intel xmp rather than expo (though this isn't a big deal, it's still compatible, you'll just have to manually tweak some settings) DDR5 6400 32-39-39-84. According to an asrock qvl list they use hynix m-die memory chips (which checks out for the speed and timings), and should have very good overclocking/tuning potential. Some zen4/zen5 cpus won't be able to run ddr5 6400 in pseudo gear 1 mode with optimal fclk (uclk div1 mode bclk = mclk; fclk 2133) at safe soc voltages (≤1.3v) depending on the silicon lottery. Binning is fairly similar for ic's used in ddr5 6000 cl30 and ddr5 6400 cl32, so if you get unlucky with your cpu's memory controller, or would prefer better power efficiency with a lower soc voltage, you should be able to just copy a ddr5 6000 cl30 expo profile and set soc voltage to 1.2v (1.25v if you're really paranoid about having completely lost the silicon lottery). You can also try buildzoid settings.

Buildzoid hynix timings (for ddr5 6000, tras should be at least 30 instead of 28 (30 is still quite aggressive, if you notice flicker with the igpu increase tras and don't forget to raise trc accordingly), fclk should be set to auto (2000) since 2033 being faster was a due to a fixed agesa bug, soc voltage should be good at 1.2v instead of 1.25v unless you're really unlucky): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlYxmRc
Moving on to the ssd, the free ssd included is fairly low tier. It's a dramless drive with several variations (since kingston swaps out components for this model without announcing or documenting the changes). The endurance rating is abysmally low at 320TBW for a 1tb drive, and it only has a 3yr warranty. If you get lucky you might get the tlc version, but most versions are qlc. While it should be fine as a game or backup drive, I would generally recommend against such a drive for an os/boot drive. Overall, while $304 is an excellent price for an am5 cpu+mobo+ram+ssd bundle, the included motherboard being so low tier is a significant compromise.
