ESET may cost more but you get what you pay for in this case. I do computer support for my area and I uninstall either Norton or Avast from 5-10 computers a year and install ESET in its place and BOOM, the computer is fast and usable again. If you have never tried it you should see the difference.

NOD32 is not for phones.

Home Security Essentials works with:
  • Microsoft Windows 10, 11 and higher
  • macOS 11 and higher
  • Android 6.0 and above

I think if you buy it and don't use the key it will not activate when you receive it.

After Kaspersky's ban in US, BitDefender is my go to AV software in terms of real time protection.
Deal thread: https://slickdeals.net/f/17909109-2-year-bitdefender-total-security-2024-software-5-devices-digital-download-24-99-more?src=rcm_disco_rec_eng_threads_h
$25 for 2 years = 12.5/year which is a better price than ESET.

AV buyers should look at recent performance along with long term to see how effective a AN app is.

Eg past couple of months, norton blocks better than eset.

So if you're trying to protect those bitcoins, etc, do you want to use Less than the Best?
