Just returned our gateway this am. After a big outage earlier this week, this AM we woke to no internet. Tmo pushed an update to our gateway and bricked it. Our billing cycle starts on the 20th. Today is the 21st, they said they will cancel it next bill cycle - $46.45/mo for a service that barely worked and now I owe an extra month for a service I can't even use. Before the outage and before they bricked our gateway, it was pretty rough to use it. We could see speeds in the 70mpbs range at most, but it would drop and doing a zoom call across it was not feasible.

Did this last year for a free 43" Fire TV and fought them for 6 months and never got the TV rebate I followed all rules on. Be careful

A 4 series 43" is more of the "current" model, while they still sell the 2 series for ~80$ less at 150$. Just a general idea on value / recency of what you are getting.

I can't seem to get the $250 C1S to show up. I keep getting $15 only. Activated it, then tried again the next day. Also tried setting up a new account on a different computer. Any other tricks to get the C1S offer to show up?
Not sure most of the people got this through the method I shared earlier , might be your cookie settings preventing C1S to read your browsing history

I pay $25/month for Spectrum Essentials with 60 Mbps - more than enough for 4k streaming, gaming, everything. (they don't advertise this plan, of course)

Most people be surprised at how little data they actually use. paying $$$$ for over 100 Mbps really isn't necessary for 95% of the population.
If you're the only high bandwidth user in the household it makes sense. If you have multiple people streaming and playing games, then you'd need more bandwidth.

60mbps is painfully slow if you download things at all.

Anyone know if the Amplified or All in home plans are much faster speed wise compared to the Rely basic plan or is it all just marketing jargon outside of the add ons?

Does anyone know T-Mobile Internet charges from the day your device ships or from the day you active your T-Mobile Internet?
They are one in the same.
You don't activate the device, They do once they ship it.

Finally got it working. Ended up clearing a few weeks of browsing history/cookies/etc. Then disabling all of my extensions (including other cb extensions and ad blockers) which were probably the cause. Then followed your steps and got the $250 to show up. Thanks again! repped!

Been using the service for about 5 weeks. Get about 500/60 Mbps speeds. Latency is higher than cable but we don't notice it in real life.

Use it for work/ streaming/ browsing with no issues so far. Much cheaper than Xfinity for us and meets our needs.

While I agree this service is very location specific it is worth trying if you want to save money.
Which plan is yours and the device model? My plan is the most expensive one and device model TMO-G4AR. This device is terrible! It's keeping reboot every half-hour or so even just with one device connecting to it. Googling the TMO-G4AR and saw a lot of Reddit discussion about this same issue. If your device is different, I may consider to change the plan. I just need reliable connection if I want to use T-Mobile home internet to replace other provider's.

I signed up for this. Use code WINTERDEAL15 and get 15$ off the monthly bill
I don't even see a place to add a coupon code on my end. I checked every screen during checkout. Also, the $300 back says, "May not be combined with some offers or discounts." So not sure if I want to risk stacking them?

My sign up yesterday was tracked but has been already marked ineligible. I followed all the rules so I'm not sure why they denied it. No VPN, extensions, adblockers, etc. Only thing I can think of is if T-Mobile rejected it due to me using the WINTERDEAL15 coupon. I have an email out to Capital One to ask them wth is going on. $250 is a good chunk of change.

Did anyone else have issues with Capital One rejecting sign up for TMHI?

Guess I'll pass. 600Mbps Spectrum $73
Changed to 1 GIG $71

$65 for Charter Premier (500 Mbps).

When one year is up switch to the other one. Used to pay $58 for 500, but jumped to $73 after one year.

Still going to the T-Mobile store in Ventura County, CA and see if they actually have repair trucks for internet only service.
