I think what he means is to place lighting behind the TV to illuminate the wall. This in turn, would reduce eye strain by greatly reducing the contrast between the wall and what's shown on the screen.

People actually use these things directing facing them! DANG! LOL! I have the 6056. I would have never thought about using them directly facing me. I use them through signalrgb to mimic the colors on the screen.

I picked up another 6056 and these which are just an anime version of the 6047. I am not a rgb kinda guy but the screen ambience adds a little flavor for me. I was sold the second I watched the ending of split 2016. When the beast is slapping out the lights as he crawls across the ceiling the 6056 became dimmer and dimmer with each light. Then the shotgun blasts made em go wild!

Do you use these with a TV or monitor? I was thinking of getting the H6043 because these might be too small to use with a 77in tv

Yea, that is a large display. I am using a 49 5120x1440. I feel like this display needs at least 2 sets of the H6056.
