Its really not hard. To line up the clips just count lines or use a tape measure. Last one I did in 10 minutes while watching TV.
This shelf would probably work for you but I decided against it. Here are the reasons why I would urge you to look at other shelves.
3/4" tubing. There are 1" tubing options for not much more.
Non NFS - questionable corrosion resistance. Could possibly rust or lose its luster sooner than a NFS certified wire shelf.
Plastic collars do not fully snap together when installed. Only one side snaps shut. On all of my wire shelves the plastic collars snap shut securely on both sides.
Threaded post on the feet is thin.
If saving money is more important than any of these points then go for it. The shelf will work as intended.

this one only has shelves which are 14" deep. i have a few of these similar dimensioned ones where skinny depth shelves work best. but ideally 18" is the standard for these things (though again, you can get them in 14" like this one, even 16")
Canceled the order after I double checked the order details.
I didn't really need another shelving unit but I figured with the 10% off and my Amazon gift card I'd just keep it on hand in case
