Unfortunately no. You need xt60 to mc4 cable where the positive mc4 end is male and the negative mc4 end is female.
Would this work if I wanted to swtich the MC4 male to female and visa versa?

Grabbed these but new to solar. So I would need like a 30a controller to hook these up to a 12v cigarette adapter or to charge phones? If so what is a good controller that uses this xt-60 connector? Where do I get a y harness to combine them both, can someone post an Amazon link for me please?

The more I look into this deal the better it gets. Normal pricing for portable panels is about $1/Watt and these end up being $0.33/Watt. They appear to be ETFE coated for longer life, have magnets to keep things tidy (vs velcro), as well as use XT60 connectors that have replaceable cables without having to deal with MC4 connectors at all (Note that some folks say the MC4 cables are miswired, so be careful). You can get XT60 parallel and series connectors and those connectors are rated for 60 amps (continuous) and 300V. The only remaining question is if there is some reason why you shouldn't series connect them that I'm unaware of.

I think an xt60 parallel harness comes in the package but you will need a charge controller to convert the power from the panels to something usable for 12V or USB. Best bet is going with a portable power station/solar generator that will manage the power storage for you unless you want to get deep in the weeds learning about solar. If you search for LIFEPO4 that should get you something with a safer battery chemistry and longer life in a power station.

Will this charge my 72v e-moto without having a battery in between? Like if the charger isn't receiving sufficient power will it just auto cut off or? Obviously I would need to get it to 110v somehow.

Any thoughts on how to connect both of these to a power station that only has 1 xt60 for solar charging?

I've known XT60 for years for RC but I've never heard of XT60i until now. From the UGreen pics and videos I see yellow and XT60, supposedly XT60i is orange? Are you sure it's XT60i ?
My River 2 max is xt60i for sure.
It uses a normal xt60 for the cigarette 12v plug 8A(100w) and the xt60i for the solar input for up to 200w charging 10A(up to 400W).
