User Manual, 200w Solar Panel, 4.9ft XT60 to MC-4 Cable, 6.6ft XT60 to XT60 Cable
For a seasoned solar person, making mc4 connectors is really easy.
For most people NO.
So for most people who's trying to connect these in series, it won't work right out of the box.
I'll post some pics on how to do this correctly for those that want to connect these in series. when I get mine.
They do include the XT60 to MC4 cables. Probably reversed polarity.

We'll need to buy some adapters, but otherwise it should be fully compatible.
No sure which adapter yet, waiting to receive the solar panels first.
The 1000 v2 supports the following for solar input:
17.5V-60V, 400W Max (x2 200w ports)
edit
Confirmed the end needed to plug into the Jackery solar input is a DC 8020 male plug.
The other side will be a XT60 but I'm not sure if it needs to be male or female yet.

Yeah my thoughts were to add an adapter to the existing cables that come with the solar panels since it's the cheaper option.
The MC4 to DC 8020 cables cost more.
According to the official ugreen website the solar panels come with a MC4-to-XT60 and a XT60-to-XT60 (extension?) cables.
You can confirm both XT60 cables have male ends?
1. DC5521 Charging Port: PV/DC 12V~18V, 100W maximum; VOC(open circuit voltage) of solar panel must be less than 25V;
2. GX16MF-5 Charging Port: PV(operating voltage) range 32V~95V, 300W maximum; VOC(open circuit voltage) of solar panel/array must be less than 95V, otherwise, it will damage the unit! Do not wire more than two 36V solar panels in series. (36V stands for Vmp, the operating voltage, of the solar panel)
Are these compatible? It mentions MC4 solar cable so I'm thinking yes... (My powerbank's manual: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1...1713231554)
I also have an Ecoflow River 2 and panel, but I never get more than 50-60w from the panel in full Arizona sun. Is there an adapter to use these with that?
TIA

Y cable, Branch adapter to combine the power output of both panels.

Option "2." for you would be ideal to get the most power in.
Wire the two 200w panels from this deal in series, which will give you a max open circuit voltage of 38v, which is within range for that port.
As discussed, you'll have to buy or make some wiring / connectors. But as long as you are careful with polarity, you'll be good to make a pretty solid 300w per hour in good sun.
Just follow the path - negative on power bank to negative on first panel. Positive on that first panel to negative on second panel. Positive of second panel to positive of power bank.
