A non-managed switch has nothing to do with NAT tables. This switch can't "fix" anything other than function as additional ports for wired devices.

I can confirm that when I check the at&t gateway and the actual wifi router it is no longer double NAT
also xbox connected to the switch no nat issues, connected to att gateway or router, nat issues
Double NAT is indeed not good, and that happens when you connect a router to a router. Normally you'd change the ISP provided router into bridge mode, or you use the ISP provided router and get rid of your own router behind it. Sounds like this may have been your problem. Sounds like you had your own router behind the ISP router and you swapped it with this switch. That would get rid of a double NAT indeed. But that's not really a NAT issue, it's a bad setup.
