If it doesn't have the packs shown wouldn't they have to accept returns for false advertising?

There should most likely be at least 2 Evo skies. Per one of the earlier comments. I've seen multiple videos saying that the shrink wrapped versions of this tin have Evo skies. The ones that are only partially horizontally wrapped usually don't have the Evo skies in them. Either way it's worth the risk for the reward.

Even if it has 2 ES packs that's $8/pack.
That's never a good price for me.
Most I will pay for ANY pack is $4.50-$5 (with tax)
