That's impossible, how can I mail it and have them receive it the next day? They should have an expiration date at least a week or two away, so that I can first receive and activate the new Pixel 9, copy stuff over (if needed), delete all my personal info from the Pixel 6 ("You will remove all Device data and personal information, passwords, security software, or user locks."), then ship it to them and leave time for shipping carrier to get it to them.
So I reluctantly backed out at the final step.

Face palm, I see the button at the bottom of the app, "Trade in different device".
Total was just taxes after trading in pixel 8
Edit...no $35 activation fee as well. Just paid $60 in taxes. Will see if it goes thru.
