That's impossible, how can I mail it and have them receive it the next day? They should have an expiration date at least a week or two away, so that I can first receive and activate the new Pixel 9, copy stuff over (if needed), delete all my personal info from the Pixel 6 ("You will remove all Device data and personal information, passwords, security software, or user locks."), then ship it to them and leave time for shipping carrier to get it to them.
So I reluctantly backed out at the final step.
What's next?
Once that cool new device is in your hands, get started on these important next steps.
Trade in your old device
Once your new Pixel 9 Pro ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Google GVU6C Pixel 7 5G 128GB White - T-Mobile in good condition to retain your promotional value of $800.00.

I successfully upgraded 2 lines on my account. When I went to upgrade a 3rd one, I received this error. I assumed I got that error because my credit card declined the purchase (I used the same credit card for all 3 orders). So I tried again with another credit card, but I still got the same error. I called the phone number but the agent just told me that the promotion is online only so she couldn't do anything for me. I went to a T-Mobile corporate store but the representative there just had me try again on the T-Life mobile app. He was on the phone with someone talking about this issue and even tried to screenshare onto my phone to see what was happening (but the screenshare functionality wasn't working). TIA!
Edit: My issue isn't exactly resolved but I found a workaround for my problem that may help others. I went ahead and changed someone else's role to be an "Authorized User" (while I continue to remain the "Account Holder"). As an Authorized User, this other account/line has the ability to upgrade phones. So I just went ahead and logged in as this Authorized User in order to upgrade 2 more phones. In total I upgraded 4 phones on my account (the T-Mobile rep at the store told me he thinks the limit is 4 so I'm not going to upgrade anymore on my account).
Also, just so others are aware, it seemed like a convoluted method to change the role to Authorized User. The Account Holder had to change the role, then the Authorized User had to approve it, then the Account Holder had to log back into the account to change/confirm the role again (either TMobile accidentally reset the role back to Standard such that I had to change it back to Authorized or this 3rd step is actually needed).
Walked in and told the rep I needed to drop off a device trade-in. Took about 10 mins. and got the 'Trade-in details - Accepted Offer' receipt. Checked on my account and saw Promotional value assessed, & original assessment confirmed status.
Are the acceptable phone models listed somewhere on the website? I think if I choose Galaxy 10 as the trade-in device and sent in a 10e, it's going to cause trouble...
@OP: where did you copy the details of the deal from?

2) It's S10e. Are you sure you're typing the correct letters into the text box?

In the cart, the model of the trade-in does show as SM-G973U, which I presume is an S10. The phone is actually a SM-G970U.
What are my options? Go to the store maybe?
