Same shit happened to me. I called 611 who said they'll honor it but as we were talking, I got a manager at my local corporate store tripled lined. The manager told me to come in the store and he'll do it for me in person. There are known issues with businesses accounts using the T Life app which constantly reroutes you to the business hub. Then, when you're trying to do the damn upgrade in your business hub you get nothing but error messages.
So I went in person and the manager took care of me. They have to manually override their retail system but he promised me no worries and put it in writing. He'll also waive the activation fee as well.
In addition, they'll take in my Note 10 Plus at the store and give me a receipt for the trade in.
So, go do it locally at a corporate store but only with a manager or assistant manager. Explain exactly what happened when you tried to order it by yourself.
pay 8.33/mo with my Family plan(ancient plan 4 line for $120+tax)
it a very good deal b/c I have been using T-Mobile for the past 9 years and still need 2 more years until it can be unlocked...
it has been my first contract phone for a very long long time. For most phones I have it unlock a phone
good buy for this time of years
p.s. it online deal only as T-Mobile said
Same thoughts, I have S22+ and am wondering if I should hop on this deal or see if they will have more deals in Christmas or later on the S24+ via T-Mobile. I'm on the essentials plan that can get this deal. They are trying to get folks to get on the higher plan, which I refuse to go to.
Snagged 3 Caseolgy cases for $5.49 from the other deal as well.
