the rep left me on hold for like 5 minutes trying to see what could be done but she said there was nothing she could do without changing my rate plan.
I'll call again later
The black ones say T-Mobile store when you click on them, the gray ones say T-Mobile authorized retailer.
They told me to reorder and they would manual enter the original promo for me. I am on the One Plan so the offer that was current was $500 off. The rep said they would call me on the 19th to verify that the original promo would be put through. New phone will be delivered today. Not opening it or turning in my trade in until they verify that I get the $800 off.

I'm not sure if I should keep trying for the pixel deal or just try to return the eBay s9
Yesterday a T-Mobile rep told me over the phone to re-order, then call back to apply the $800 trade-in promo retroactively. When I receive the 9 Pro XL, I won't open it nor submit my trade-in until I get confirmation of the retroactive $800 trade-in promo. I'll return the phone and keep my trade-in within 14 days if T-Mobile does not honor the $800 trade-in promo.
I figure this method is the only way T-Mobile can retroactively apply the $800 trade-in promo (ID240577) to just those with cancelled orders. Reactivating this promo to re-orders allows anyone (not just cancelled customers) to use it.
