Checked my T-Life app because of Tmobile Tuesday and it shows my order was canceled as well
I am currently on the phone with tmobile since I saw others mention to call and place the order again.
so I'm trying to place an order on the tlife app as instructed by the rep, and now she is telling me that my rate plan is too old (simple choice) and the $800 only qualifies for the newer rate plans.
I think I should hang up and call back at another time.
I wish they had some type of memo for these workers about these orders that were canceled.
