FWIW, apple ended support for series 4 and 5 in September 2024.

I'm still using a watch 3. I only use it for checking notifications/weather/time. It is still getting app updates, the battery lasts 2 days, and works fine for my needs.

This is a decent price for someone doesn't have any watch yet if these really are refurbished and not just used. I'm gonna order one for the wife to replace her very old fitbit.

EDIT: Decided not to order one. Im guessing these are just used/tested based on the description and I don't trust woot as much for used electronics.

Yep! My son walks home from school when its nice out, so its nice to be able to track him. Don't listen to the other comments here, I think they are scarred from their middle school experiences or are surrounded by really snobby kids.
Raise your kids right and they will appreciate everything you do and understand the value in not having the newest technology.

I think the battery life is YMMV. My watch 3 lasts for a few hours only now.

The only difference between the 4 & 5 is 5 adds always on display and a little more storage. Essentially these are the same device. I think I'll save the $30.

Always on display is pretty dramatic improvement for smart watch in my opinion. Also if you are getting 40mm GPS version it is only 10 dollar difference

My AW 4 [gps only] is in pristine shape. However the battery needs replacement (at 69%). Apple wants $117 total to replace battery (ridiculous). I was hoping that instead they send me a 6 as a replacement (I heard Apple no longer repairs them). Idk
