I bought the clear ghost cipher controller for $65 CAD or ~$46 USD. Be careful with the various ways to buy with foreign transactions. Some credit cards charge a 3% fee, some charge no fee. PayPal will charge their own fee to convert.
Best case: You have a cash back credit card with no foreign transaction fees (all Discover, Capital One, etc.) and pay via PayPal BUT use the option to process in CAD instead of the USD default.
