great question.dumb people thumb you down

thats why the above nick questioned for a real splitter onstead. this is called a switch. not even a merger let alone splitter

These things are great for the tech challenged like my elderly mother who can't figure out on the remote how to switch inputs.

That's the output. On the other hand, for 4k@60Hz, each cable can only be 3' long. I'm having a hard time finding a use case for that.
Realistically, it is 4K@30Hz or 1080@60Hz (same short input cable, but allows a 50' long cable).

This is a great product. Highly recommend. Note the original price is not really 17.99. I bought it about a month ago for 12.99. So only the coupon is the discount. You're saving $3.

I use this to switch devices to a 1440p monitor and it is very reliable. Good product for the price if you need something basic.

When it works, it's fine. Sometimes, I got to restart .. and micro usb power cable is not good. But does the job for my 2 monitor.
