that means if the gpu came with a 12vhpwr to 3x or 4x-8 pin adapter, it wouldn't be recommended to work/use it
for example, a 3070 fe came with a 2x8 pin to 12vhpwr adapter, this psu's 12vhpwr power capability should be fine for it
some of the 12vhpwr gpu's come with a 3x8pin or 4x8pin, so those will not work with this psu (if you intend on using the 12vhpwr cable and not an adapter)
such as a 3090/ti, 4080/super, or a 4090
but, it wouldn't make sense to use a cheap psu such as this one for those...
