Confirmed: Pi Hole removes the commercials on Peacock. Watching an SNL episode right now after renewing this morning at $19.99 for the year (my sub expired back in August). Great tip @bizreporter!!

My Tubi and FreeVee experiment wasn't as successful. I still see commericals on both.

If you choose to simply cancel they will offer you the 6 months for 1.99 - After WWE goes to netflix I wont need peacock anymore so I just did that instead

Yeah, I don't know who originally mentioned the Sam's deal, but I have Sam's Plus and I am so happy to be getting 50% back on this annual deal. HBO also has their 2.99 deal live for everyone and you do not have to start a new account for that, either. Sam's also offers 10% back on HBO MAX monthly and 15% back on the yearly subscription deal.

You can, just go to change plan and add it on. $6 a month, couldn't find any other way around that. Maybe if you avoid the link and just put in the code, which I didn't think about. Sounds like that saves you $12 bucks but you're paying all up front, whereas if you do monthly you could cancel the ad free portion anytime within the year.

Probably worth doing the yearly buy if you have any Amex offers.

I canceled my monthly plan a few weeks ago and it was now in lapsed state. It let me subscribe just fine, and I already cancelled it so it won't auto renew this time next year.
