You need to keep Cricket service for 6 consecutive months, then Cricket will unlock it

For anyone who wants it actually unlocked at some point, it will cost you $100 + $120 + $120, which includes 6 months of cricket service. Two months of unlimited and four months of the $30 5gb plan.

Not bad at all if you need a decent new phone + plan. Cricket is also rock-solid as far as quality of service is concerned.

If you are on Cricket already, you can get it cheaper, because they only require 1 month when adding a new line.
I don't know about the activation, but you can just insert your current sim card and it will work.
You can still unlock the phone, just insert your current sim and keep service for 6 months, after that, you can contact Cricket and they will give you the unlock code, I have done it a few times.

Plan doesn't matter, as long as you keep service active for 6 consecutive months, you are good to go.
So I can cancel the plan and use the phone as WiFi device until it's unlocked?

Does anyone know where you still can buy port in/port out numbers? You use to be able to get them on eBay but I don't see them anymore.

This is a very good deal. S24 FE is better than Pixel 9.

Too bad service must be active for 6 months. No pblm keeping it in a drawer for 4 months after the 2 paid months.

You should be able to, just contact cricket customer service, why would you want to transfer your e-sim to S24 and then back to your phone? just curious

If I choose to do free trial with them, then guess I can avail the existing customer pricing
