It's been changed. When was the last time you ordered? Nowadays, none of their promos stack with BOGOs
Worked for me, thanks OP! Combine these with the 20% off with GC's from Costco to offset the extra cost of delivery.
Might be coupon dependent.

Just tried it at several stores with this current one and the weak 15% i get weekly. Neither worked with an order with full BOGO

yesterday I placed an order that stacked 40% off with the restaurant's BOGO offerings and had no issues.. maybe it's merchant-dependent?

Didn't know 40% off delivery order is a good deal, I been getting 50% off up to $15 and I don't even think it it good deal, the discount not even able to cover higher price, delivery charge, and fees, etc. I only use it when they have discount for pick up order.
Yes, it does cost extra for a complete stranger to drive to a restaurant, wait for your food and drive to your house. It's a service, not a requirement.

Yeah even compared to other delivery apps UberEats is kind of insane unfortunately. Service fees are like $20 for a 2 item order.

40% off does not apply to any BOGO items. These codes are getting useless more than more

This. Pretty much have 40% off constantly and the fees are always enough to ruin any deal. Smells shilly in here
How is getting food delivered to my door for the cost of going and getting it myself not a good deal? I used one of these the other day and with my discounted Uber gift cards I got about $40 of Chinese food delivered to my door for $30. And I left a good tip. It's an incredible deal. Don't know how they're making any money.

Most of the people complaining about this are kids from the Amazon generation. They think everything should show up at their door for free. With no understanding the logistics of delivering food is nothing like Amazon packages.

Covers the cost of tip and inflated prices of 20% basically break even. So you pay regular price.

And reason why it's far cheaper to get it yourself or the restaurant driver to deliver it than Uber

Uber actually made it more expensive not cheaper for the economy useless service.

That's not true at all. Most restaurants don't have their own drivers. If you can't afford the service don't use it. It's an OPTION. They don't owe you anything. It's awesome for some people. If you're too poor for it then make your own food. It's not complicated. Why do people like you feel entitled to other people's time/gas and feel like they should work free?

An Uber GC is a categorically bad idea.
Uber is one of the few NYSE listed consumer-facing companies to have gone fully AI for customer support. This leaves credit card protection as the only recourse for overcharges and other website/app errors, and their software is extremely buggy in this regard. Not only do you give that up with a GC, you will be blacklisted forever for using a valid credit card protection claim.

I don't know why you're getting down voted lol Depending on the restaurant's fees, the 40% off "discount" gets offset by all the fees and such 😄😆
