How is their TV service better than Amazon's, Walmart's, Newegg's, or Microcenter's, all of whom have the same TV for the same price? Surely it isn't in-house. Who do they contract with, since you claim to have knowledge of this? I used a Walmart warranty once and they immediately credited me back the full price.
