1. To be able to connect to dashcam via mobile app you need to turn off your phone internet first.
2. To play video recording file on PC/Mac you need to install their software.
My Redtiger after 1 year 2 months, silently stop recording, just find out last week when I almost got car incident because someone cut me. Press lock video button but when I want to review/pull video, last video recorded was October, SMH!
