I haven't come across a reason to upgrade beyond 16GB, but this is damn near "why the heck not" territory. Hmm...

Do you know if these are dual rank sticks? If not, could you run CPU-z to find out? I'm getting a mITX board with only 2 RAM slots and apparently that makes a difference.
I use these with my I7-12700kf, here's the screen shot

I keep going back and forth on upgrading from 16GB (3200 CL16). I currently have a 5700X3D paired with a 6800XT and 16GB of RAM has been enough so far but that may change soon. Trying to not put any more $ into this system but this upgrade may be worth doing, even if this system is strictly used for gaming.

Thoughts?
If you have 4 slots and assuming you are using just 2 now, I would try and find a couple more 8GB sticks identical to your current ones on ebay. That's what I did just to be as cheap as possible plus the CAS latencies on the newer sticks all seem to be slower.

Your RAM will run at the slowest speed/tings across all your chips. Newer faster RAM added to a system with older slower RAM won't get you the speed based gains

Obviously which is why I said to get identical sticks. Slightly faster MHz ram with slower CAS latency is a wash at best. I was simply giving him a more cost effective option probably $30 shipped on ebay compared to this at $50.

Sounds like a good match for what you have. You can even bump it to 4000 in the bios without much hassle if you want to squeeze a bit more out of it
Maybe on the MAX mobo, my non-max B450 is limited to 3466Mhz it seems

I recently upgraded from 16gb to 32gb... honestly, I feel ZERO difference.
But I do feel good knowing that I have a 32gb ram in my system 🤣 It was worth the $60 I spent, imo.

These have the same latency as his current RAM.
3200c16 and 3600c18 are both 10 nanoseconds.
