The menu bar keeps glitching, it looks smeared & it moves all the way to the left-hand side nearly outside the monitor. The only fix is to unplug, then replug the monitor. This is happening constantly. I think I'll return it due to this.
Overall, the colors & blacks are amazing. This is my 1st oled coming from an old 4k ips LG monitor. It could be brighter during the day, though. I have not tried hdr mode yet. I'm not sure why people love glossy so much. My m1 pro screen gets brighter, but you can constantly see yourself & the light reflected from the background is quite annoying. This isn't as matte as my ips monitor but it works good.
For Notaracoon, QD-OLED (Alienware, Samsung) has better colors and slightly better image quality while this LG has the 1080p/480hz feature that if you're pretty sure you will use, will make a huge difference in competitive games. I'm split myself as I know I want the 480hz, but I also have deals with Dell that might stack too perfectly this week to not go with Alienware. Both are really good and getting them for $600-700 with stacking coupons and cashback should be possible this week.

I would not pay more. OLEDs will eventually come down.

After trying msi, lg, sasmung, i settled on asus pg32ucdp. After tweaking oled care and uniform brightness settings, it gets plenty bright. I am coming from lg c2 42 so my expectations were high.
If you are coming from non oled, this is great price and highly recommend.
