As it should be. These are creepy as hell and I'd just avoid anyone recording me with a pair of these.

is the digital credit towards amazon video items and audible or can it be applied towards all amazon.com purchases?
Amazon.com or Amazon.com Services LLC (look for "sold by Amazon.com" or "sold by Amazon.com Services LLC " on the product detail page). Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if "fulfilled by Amazon.com" or "Prime Eligible". • Offer does not apply to digital content.

I deluded myself into buying these before Facebook integrated "AI" into them, thinking they'd be discrete headphones because I was working with public. I Paid a lot to get them fitted for my prescription lenses and everything. But it turned out that I was really very delusional thinking that they looked acceptable in public. Almost every single person I interacted with asked if I was recording them. And they didn't even have a camera when they first started selling them. So don't get sold into the hype. They are pointless.

It can be applied towards all purchases on Amazon. Works just like a normal Amazon gift card.
Not true. It cannot be applied to any third party seller items which is more than 70% of Amazon now. I find that increasingly Amazon is no longer the cheapest among the sellers on the listings of a number of products. The credit is also gone if you decide to return your order

Target deal is better bc they offer a GC instead of credit.

What the fark. You don't expect privacy in public. You are nothing but stopping the technology advancing. YOU DONT HAVE PRIVACY IN PUBLIC AND ANYONE CAN FILM YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Speak with a lawyer.
Ugh..tech advancing would be if the tinting adjusted to help block out annoyances like you.

I have the same question as well as if this the same as a gc
These are sold by Lenscrafters and other glasses shops...in fact I can just buy them with prescription lenses via insurance.

So there should be a way, no?

You think that hasn't been tried? They've been trying to disable it since release and the LED is still there.

Can you try these on anywhere?

Hesitant to order due to the $90 not being refundable.

I don't see the target deal posted?

Here are a pair of "smart" glasses to wear around friends and colleagues who insist on wearing them.

it's possible that a glasses place MIGHT have them.

I brought these glasses to my eyewear place , and the guy was telling me how the Luxotica rep was pushing the meta frames hard.. and said they had no intent on ordering any as none of their customers would want these frames

anyone tried reimbursing the cost of the frame as part of optical health benefit via VSP?
Yes, I used & got it delivered for $119.20 out to door with VSP Premier $225 frame Allowance + 20% Discount. It was a no brainer. The Only Caveat is the Optometry won't allow return or exchange once you open it. So choose wisely.
