My main concern with all these 16 GB soldered laptops is how future-proof they will be. The neighbor only checks email and shops on Amazon. I don't think they even watch movies on YouTube, etc. A year ago I would have said 16 GB is more than enough for a long time. Now I'm worried a Windows 11 update will bog down the computer with Copilot and screen recorder and all this massive "innovation" bloatware that 16 GB won't be enough even for a little old lady to get photos of her grandkids on, nevermind an average user who wants to watch a movie or use Office. We're upgrading from a 10+ y/o system that only has 4GB of RAM, which wasn't enough back then. But will 16 GB have a decent life cycle or will it be as bad as a 4 GB Win7 machine in the near future? Going up to 32 built in is still unreasonably expensive and there's so few upgradable machines on sale this year.

They actually send an email stating this immediately after you sign up, it includes all the details of the coupon but no actual coupon code. So, I live chatted with customer service this morning and they said that the "official" 20% coupon WITH the coupon code would be emailed sometime within the next 24hrs. And this PARTICULAR COUPON works on discounted items as well..

I'm computer illiterate. But what does power delivery mean?Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
