The 20% off coupon and 25% back in rewards is only for Teachers & Military that have been verified based on what I see on the rewards page for anyone confused about why they arent seeing it or getting it.

It's part of the quarterly bonus category but only on the Chase Freedom, as far as I know.

This is so bogus. When I checked out the laptop, it's already at $399.99. Added it to the cart, and the total was $399.99 + $25 tax = $425. When I added the coupon, the price of the laptop in the cart jumped up to $439.99 so after the coupon it is now $399.99 again. That's some shady sh*t.

As far as I can tell it seems like a "bait and switch" type of thing (unless you are doing the 20% off for the Teacher thing). I don't know of anyone who received the email with the 20% off coupon code, although I have chatted with two separate customer service agents there, and they both said that they would be sending the coupon. I gave up on that and just bought it without that discount since it appears to not be credible (even though it's coming directly from the company, lol).
