- You have go get a physical "Caniac Card."
- You have to then use the physical card to sign up online.
- After creating a "Caniac" Account online, I then cannot use that same account to login to the app (???).
- You can scan your card every time you go, but that seemingly does nothing (no points/rewards/etc).
- The deals are few and far between, and they commonly expire within 24 or 48 hours.
- The deals need to be activated to your card manually.
Obviously they should scrap the physical card, scrap the separate account for it, put everything into the app via QR codes, and start letting you earn points that can be redeemed for free food. Just. Like. Every. Other. Place.
This loyalty scheme almost feels like they hate it and don't want to run one. My opinion is, that if that is how they feel, then DON'T have one. Having a terrible one does more brand damage than none.

1st time I went was because I had heard great things about it, but the line was super long, it's expensive, and the chicken isn't much better than grocery store deli.
Only worth going if in the area AND there's a BOGO deal.

Free large side with $5 purchase (large sides are $5.19 in my area)
McDonald's
$1 McNugget deal replenished this week ($5.29 at the location nearest to me)

1/2 price Breakfast Entree
Lunch and Dinner
Buy one buffalo chicken dips bites and get one free
Buy one crispy chicken sandwich and get one free
Free medium Tots or Groovy Fries with Purchase (just make sure the item you are purchasing is equal or lesser for a 50% off)
1/2 price drinks and slushies
Half price shakes

$1 topped fries with purchase with qualifying purchase (I always get an item that will either get a lower combined price than the price of the topped fries at regular price or at)
$1 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with qualifying purchase (same as I do for the topped fries deal)
(There are other deals on these applications not mentioned; however, these are all deals that are 50% or one can make to save 50% off or more).
