You can't but the instructions for the infinity stones have you placing them on the guantlet in the same order that Thanos acquires them in Infinity War

Built this one a couple years back. Pretty fun build, just make sure you install the main support piece correctly otherwise you need to take the whole thing apart. There's a light up mod if you're interested in back lighting for the infinity gems.
