If you just need the inflator, you can save a bit by going with the version that doesn't have the deflator. I've posted that deal here

I've got one of each and have had decent luck with both - just don't let them run for a long time or they will overheat and melt the o-rings/gaskets on the pump pistons inside.
the threaded one of the older version was so much better
Looks like the low pressure inflator puts out twice the volume of air, yet this newer version has a lower customer rating than the previous one.
Guess I'll keep the previous one. Was hoping a 40v version might have been developed by now...
